Serving in uniform taught me what responsibility truly means. You learn quickly that your actions matter, not just to yourself, but to the people standing beside you. You show up early. You do things by the book. You don’t cut corners, because someone else’s safety depends on you doing the job right.

That mindset shaped who I am.

When I came back to civilian life, I carried those same values with me. I didn’t want to work for shortcuts or excuses. I wanted to build something of my own — something honest, disciplined, and built on trust. That’s why I started Leiding’s Auto Glass & Repair.

Every vehicle I work on is treated with the same level of care and accountability I was taught in service. Proper installation. Quality materials. Clear communication. No passing blame. No rushing a job just to move on to the next one.

This isn’t a corporate chain. It’s my name on the business. My reputation in the community. And my promise that when someone trusts me with their vehicle, I’ll stand behind the work — every time.
